At Parent Homework Buddy, LLC, we want to you to feel confident investing in PHB Homework Fundamentals Course. We understand that every family is different, and a course may not always be the right fit.

14-Day Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date, no questions asked.

To request a refund, email jessie@parenthomeworkbuddy.com within the 14-day period and include:

Your name
The email address used to make the purchase
Your order number or purchase confirmation, if available

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. PHB will submit the refund within five to seven business days of receiving the request. Once issued, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

After the 14-day refund period has ended, purchases are final and non-refundable.

Course Access After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, your access to the course and it's associated videos, workbooks, downloads, templates, and other digital materials will end.

Any materials previously downloaded must no longer be used, copied, shared, distributed, or reproduced after the refund is issued.

Discount Purchases

Eligible purchases made with a discount code or during a promotional offer are refundable under the same 14-day policy. Refunds will be limited to the amount actually paid,

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or charged an incorrect amount, please contact us at jessie@parenthomeworkbuddy.com as soon as possible so we can investigate and correct the issue.

How to Request a Refund

Email jessie@parenthomeworkbuddy.com with subject line Refund Request and include your name, purchase email, and order number.
